Module 1: Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Asana

Module 2: Yoga Philosophy

Module 3: Anatomy and Physiology

Yogic Anatomy and Physiology refers to the understanding of the human body and its functions according to the principles of yoga. It includes the study of the physical, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the body, including the chakras, nadis (energy channels), and koshas

Module 4: Teaching Techniques & Sequencing

It refers to the skills and knowledge required to create and deliver safe and effective yoga classes. Sequencing refers to the order in which poses are taught within a class and how they are combined to create a cohesive and balanced practice.

Module 5: Healing & Meditation
