The 300 hour TTC helps to improve self-practice and ability to teach advanced asanas to the students which are not covered in 200 hours yoga TTC program. The 300 hour TTC curriculum based on the concepts of 200 hour yoga TTC which you have already learned and practiced. So the 300 hour TTC program is specifically designed to go beyond basic knowledge of yoga.

The “300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Syllabus” provides a detailed overview of the curriculum and topics covered in our intensive training program

  • Asana (Yoga Posture)
  • Hatha yoga class will take place in morning whereas the Ashtanga/Vinyasa class will take place in evening.
  • Alignment You will learn the art of adjustment and alignment of the body through Yogasanas.
  • Pranayama You will learn the art of Pranayama which guides the prana or the subtle life force that calms and controls the mind. The various exercises in Pranayama are Anuloma-Viloma, Nadishodhana, Ujjai, Bhramari, Shitali, Sitkari, Bhastrika and Kapalbhati.
  • Mudra & Bandha Perfect mudras increase the benefits of Pranayama, Pratyahar, Dharana, Dhyan and Samadhi. The dynamics and techniques of Mudra is taught and how these help during yoga practice and meditation is also explained. Learn the concept of bandhas (energy locks) in the body – Mula bandha, Jalandhara bandha, Uddiyana bandha and Maha bandha.
  • Shat Karma The Shatkarma is a technique which involves six cleansing practices (Dhauti, Basti, Neti, Nauli, Tratak and Kapalbhati) of the human body that leads to a pure body and clear mind.
  • Meditation Meditation allows you to calm the stress of ordinary human mind and achieve peace. You will learn meditation techniques.
  • Philosophy You will learn about yoga history and spirituality and how to apply this to modern lifestyle.
  • Anatomy & Physiology Learn about yoga anatomy and physiology in the human body and also learn the safe and correct way of practising yogaasanas.
  • Chanting You will be taught how to chant yoga-mantras. It is an ancient spiritual practice and a part of most spiritual paths.
