In this 200-hour yoga teacher training you will learn the traditional hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga primary series. Over 100+ yoga asanas can be taught in 25-day’s of intensive yoga TTC program (8 hours/day) or 2 months (5 hours/day)
You will learn ancient texts like Hatha Yoga pradipika, yoga sutras or Bhagvad Gita teachings. It helps in understanding the nature of the self and the universe, promotes self-awareness and self-realization and ultimately results into mindfulness
Yogic Anatomy and Physiology refers to the understanding of the human body and its functions according to the principles of yoga. It includes the study of the physical, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the body, including the chakras, nadis (energy channels), and koshas
